MEET CHRISTINE

Christine Downing, MA, LPCC, CPTT

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, and some days you want clarity while other days you just need someone to listen, this is a space where both are possible. Here, you can slow down, explore your experiences, and begin to move toward how you want to feel in a calm, supportive, and empowering environment.

When you want to feel truly understood and supported, our work focuses on creating a strong, collaborative connection where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are met with care. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan. This is a place to explore your story at your own pace, deepen self-understanding, and navigate life’s challenges with guidance and empathy.

For those who have experienced betrayal in a relationship or the impact of sex or pornography addiction, the space is trauma-informed and compassionate, designed to support healing, rebuild trust, and restore resilience. Parents navigating the complexities of raising children will also find guidance informed by education and experience, helping you approach parenting with confidence, connection, and insight.

This is a space where your story is valued, your feelings are honored, and you are never alone in the process. You are welcome to arrive as you are, explore your inner world, and take steps toward feeling more like yourself.
